Office 2021 Pro Plus Installation & Activation Instructions – Windows

💻 Installation on Windows

 

  1. Go to the official setup page:
    👉 https://setup.office.com

  2. Sign in with your Microsoft account
    • Create one if you don’t already have one

  3. Enter your 25-character Office product key
    • Click Next to redeem the key
    • This step unlocks the download — it does not bind the license to your account

  4. Choose your language and version
    • Select your preferred language
    • Click Download

  5. Run the installer
    • Open the downloaded .exe file
    • The installation process will begin automatically

🔐 Activate Office 2021 Professional Plus

 

After installation:
• Open any Office app (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Navigate to File → Account → Activate Product
• Select “I have a product key”
• Enter your 25-character key and click Activate

✅ You’ll see confirmation such as:
“Product Activated”

🔄 Reinstalling Office 2021 Professional Plus

If you uninstall or replace your device, you will need a new key to activate Office again.

⚠️ One activation = one lifetime installation.

🛠 Troubleshooting Activation

 

• Typo in Key: Double-check your license
• VPN Active?: Disable and retry
• Still not working?: Restart your PC and try again
